We stayed in a good-sizedroom with fully equipped kitchen and nice design, for example.

Their staff were not very helpful.

The hotel room was beautifully maintained with a great view. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were excellent people in night shift.

Clean hotel, comfy rooms, marvellous location comfortable close to beaches. Location just next door to beach areas and intresting areas and the shore. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Daiquiri nearby.

The hotel was amazing and fairly clean, with super friendly and exceptionally accommodating staff in night shift. The setting was magnificent, right by railway station, and center of the town. New Boulevard district was worth visiting.

No reason to complain, the hotel was great. I enjoyed my beautifully maintained and new-fashioned room with balcony, TV and AC. The location in a safe area was perfect and there were shopping malls and a market nearby.

our apartment was excellent not far from the black sea, the park, city and mountain, shops around and the ocean front. our staff was welcoming and wonderful and in night shift. it was convenient super close to the old town.

We appreciated the rooms and food of this property. Our staff was helpful, in night shift. The room was bright with comfortable bed and wonderful view, as for instance, pleasant to stay in. Vews of the sea. The location of the apartment was marvellous for our needs, close to the market.

Terrible staff! Unfortunate location!

In general: My stay at this hotel was horrible! First of all, the staff was so unhelpful and unfriendly. I checked in, got a key. Once I tried to unlock the door of my room on the 24th floor, the key didn't work. I had to go downstairs to find out what the problem was. It turned out that they forgot to set the key in the system. The staff didn't even apologize for that. Secondly, there were three of us, and I told the staff about that. However, they prepared bedding and towels just for two people. In addition to this, the TV didn't work and there was no internet connection. For the second time I had to go downstairs to ask them to fix all that. In 10 minutes two ladies came with extra bedding and towels. They even made a bed for us. The other two young ladies managed to set a TV in the living room, but they couldn't fix the TV in the bedroom. Thirdly, the internet connection was so bad that at 9 p.m I had to go to a restaurant in the other part of the town, because I needed to book tickets back to Tbilisi. Lastly, on the day of the check out, I returned the key to a lady at the reception. She took the key and said nothing. I was standing there for a few seconds until I asked her if that was it. She replied that I could go. Then I asked if it was possible to leave my luggage at the reception and pick it up later. And they said NO! I ended up leaving my bags to a taxi driver who kept them until we went to the airport. That was the worst hotel stay in my life!
